Meet the Team

Shortly after moving to Camden County in the spring of 2017 from the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas, Brittany began working here at Paws and Claws and has been a beloved member of our family ever since. Brittany is a cat mom of two, Wicket and Teri; she is also a student working toward getting her degree to become a medical lab tech, which she hopes to graduate from in next few months.

When Brittany is not busy with school or helping our clients here, she is a huge Star Wars and Friends nerd and loves to read dystopian novels.

Gus is our much-beloved clinic cat, who has quite a funny story. Dr. Bolduc’s mom was outside gardening, when she saw this little orange head pop up out of the gardening shed. She scooped him up and brought him inside, mistaking him for her own orange cat, Mickey. As she was questioning Gus about what he was doing outside, Mickey came around the corner curious about what in the world was going on – and it was only then that she realized she was not scolding her own cat!

She immediately brought the new orange cat, Gus, to the clinic to get him checked out and unfortunately, Gus was diagnosed with having FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) and so his new home became the clinic. He gets thoroughly spoiled by everyone and loves to volunteer as our official taste-tester for new food and treats that comes in for us to try.

His interests include sleeping, expecting love at any time, and keeping an eye on things.
